My Expertise

At Flow and Strength Acupuncture my method is combining Traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture with various modalities to not only assist in healing but preventing conditions from coming back. These other modalities include Guasha, Cupping, Shiatsu and most importantly Corrective Exercise. With a background in Kinesiology and competing Professionally in Muay Thai Kickboxing, these modalities have been key tools to improve performance through many of my sport injuries. After much hardship and passion in competition and martial arts, my passion now is to share what I have learnt to my patients to maintain their health.
